Motion on Early Childhood Care and Education

In principle I welcome the announcement made by the Minister of State and I welcome the fact that this scheme is being established. Bizarre that no one else in HSE other than Brendan Drumm has access to full uncensored Monageer Report – Shatter

The manner in which the Government is treating the Report of the Inquiry into the Monageer tragedy is becoming increasingly bizarre. In the Dail this afternoon the Minister for Children, Barry Andrews TD, confirmed that the only person within the HSE who has had access to the full uncensored Report is the CEO, Brendan Drumm.
